Is that why I keep finding babies when I get home? I’ve been sticking them on driftwood and sending them to Canada. I think our efforts may be cancelling each other out.

Police force? Oh, you mean those dudes with the hats on the horses? You don’t need those guys. Fire them and let the horses fight crime. Also, you seem to be the only criminal they have in Canada, so I don’t think they’ll suffer too much without proper law enforcement. Just let the horses trample you and the crime rate will go back to 0.
