8:10pm: Previous gaseous event exceeded safe levels of toxicity. Casualties were minimal, though several house plants within the blast radius did not survive. Thankfully, as the emitter of the gas, I was immune to any toxic effects and mutations. The dog was not so lucky. He has begun to grow a second tail and now walks with a limp. Taking a blood sample for further study.
