Have you ever considered splitting off your personal posts into a separate Tumblr? There are folks like me who don't wish you any ill but don't care to see stuff about your health issues, complaints about reddit, dad's health issues, complaints about Tumblr, etc. No offense, but you aren't my friend or family member, and I just don't need to know all that. The only reason I followed you in the first place was for funny/cute pictures and I don't think I'm alone.
This Saturday my brother is getting married. I have to admit I’m a bit nervous. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is never kind when attending major events such as this. The energy required will be great, and I probably won’t feel too good for many days after. But it is my brother, I love him, and this is not something I can skip. I will do whatever it takes to make it through the day.
His bride-to-be doesn’t care much for my beard. For months she has been telling me I have to shave it or I am not allowed in any of the pictures. Personally, I think I look really weird clean shaven. Plus, I don’t feel right destroying the home of all those cute woodland creatures.
I’ve decided to trim my beard so I look less homeless and more “respectable lumberjack,” but I don’t know if that will be enough to be photographed. I have a backup plan though. I will just photoshop my head onto one of the groomsman if she decides to exclude me. I’ve been practicing on random wedding photos I found on the internet.
Tonight I get my hairs cut, my suit pressed, and I even found my dress shoes hiding in the abyss of the shoe rack. I am as ready as I’ll ever be. Wish me luck!
